Home / Pallets
New, recycled, and custom-built pallets manufactured at our Houston yard. Stringer, block, and runner designs — cut, nailed, and inspected in-house. No brokers, no middlemen.
Which one fits depends on where the pallet is going and how many trips it has to survive.
Built from fresh lumber to a consistent, repeatable spec. The 48″ × 40″ GMA is our highest-volume size — the standard for racking, grocery, and general freight. Because every unit comes off the same line, the deck height and board count don't drift between orders.
Best for: racking systems, automated handling, customer-facing shipments, recurring supply programs.
Get pricing →Used pallets we inspect, repair, and re-certify. Broken deck boards and stringers are replaced before anything ships. A lower-cost option when the pallet doesn't need to look new — it needs to hold the load and make the trip.
Best for: domestic one-way shipping, internal plant handling, scrap and bulk movement. Not for export unless heat-treated and stamped.
Get pricing →Engineered to your product's actual footprint and weight instead of forcing your load onto a standard deck. We build stringer, block, and runner designs, and adjust board count, thickness, and spacing to the load rating you need.
Best for: odd footprints, heavy point loads, tight racking clearances, machinery bases.
Spec yours →The design drives the price and the forklift access. Here's the plain-English version.
| Type | How It's Built | Entry | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stringer | Deck boards fastened across 2×4 stringers running the length of the pallet. | 2-way, or 4-way with notched stringers | The workhorse. Most GMA 48×40 pallets are stringer built. Lowest cost per unit. |
| Block | Solid blocks at nine points support top and bottom decks with runners between. | True 4-way from all sides | Automated systems, heavy or unbalanced loads, environments where forklift approach angle varies. |
| Runner / Skid | Top deck over runners, no bottom deck. | 2-way | Machinery bases, crate bottoms, floor-stacked freight that never gets racked. |
Four numbers and one question get you firm pricing within a business day.
Length × width in inches. If you don't know, send the dimensions of what sits on top.
Pounds per pallet. Static (sitting) and dynamic (being moved) if they differ a lot.
Per order and, if it's recurring, per month. Volume changes the price.
Leaving the U.S. means ISPM-15 heat treatment and an IPPC stamp. We do both in-house.
