What We Cut

If it's softwood and it needs to be a specific length, we can run it.

Freight

Dunnage & Blocking

Cut stock for bracing loads inside trailers, containers, and railcars — keeping freight from shifting in transit. Consistent lengths cut in bulk so your crew isn't measuring on the dock.

Does Lumber Need ISPM-15?

Yes — if it's solid wood and it's crossing a border. Dunnage and blocking count as wood packaging material under ISPM-15 just like a pallet does. Loose bracing inside an export container has held up shipments at the port for exactly this reason.

We heat-treat and stamp on-site under IPPC registration US-169116 HT, so export-bound cut stock leaves ready to load.

Quick check — you need ISPM-15 if:
  • The wood is leaving the United States by sea or air
  • It's solid wood (not plywood, OSB, or engineered panel)
  • It's thicker than 6mm

Plywood and OSB are manufactured with heat and adhesives and are exempt — but any solid-wood framing or cleating attached to them is not.
